Made-to-order items are specially prepared once your request is confirmed. Each piece is thoughtfully prepared. These come without customization.
Full payment is required at the time of ordering so that your selection can be reserved and processed without delay.
All products on the shop are marked to show Ready to Ship / Made to Order.

Orders are prepared with care and attention to detail. As a general guide, coordinated sets of 6 to 10 pieces are typically completed within 10 business days, sets of 15 pieces within 14 business days, and larger sets of around 24/27 pieces within 31 business days, subject to design complexity, personalization requirements, and the current order schedule. If you have a specific occasion or deadline, kindly enquire in advance so timelines can be guided accordingly.

1. How do I place an order?
You may place an order by selecting the product you wish to purchase and adding it to the trolley/cart. Kindly check whether the item is Ready to Dispatch or Made to Order, and please read the stated timelines carefully before completing your order.
2. In How many days will i receive my order?
As a general guide, coordinated sets of 6 to 10 pieces are typically completed within 10 business days, sets of 15 pieces within 14 business days, and larger sets of around 27 pieces within 21 business days, subject to design complexity, and the current order schedule. If you have a specific occasion or deadline, kindly enquire in advance so timelines can be shared accordingly.
3. Can I make changes after placing an order?
We work with a small specialized team and begin planning promptly. Resources are typically committed within 2 hours of receiving an order. We therefore request that all details are confirmed carefully at the time of ordering, as changes will not be possible beyond, 2 hours after placing the order .
4. Do you offer personalized or custom orders?
We offer customization very selectively and only on a limited basis, for members. Even for Members, requests are considered on some collections, only.
5. Do you accept cancellations or returns?
Beyong 2 hours of placing the order, we do not process any cancellations, or replacements, once work has commenced.
6. Can I place larger or event orders?
Yes, larger orders may be placed well in advance. Kindly enquire early for weddings, celebrations, gifting, or larger quantities; as our attention to detail and production process require advance planning. Depending on the size and nature of the order, lead time of approximately two months or more may be advisable.
