Placing an Order
1. We kindly recommend placing festive and occasion orders well in advance to ensure timely availability.
2. As most of our sets are prepared, 'to order', dispatch timelines may range from 15–20 working days, unless otherwise mentioned on the individual product page.
3. A limited number of ready-to-dispatch selections may be available from time to time, and these are clearly indicated in the product description, within the 'Shop' page.
4. To maintain quality and timely service, we accept a limited number of orders each month. Once capacity is reached, new orders may be scheduled for the next available production window. Thus placing orders early, may work to be more convienet for you.
Payment Policy
1. All orders are confirmed and processed upon receipt of full payment.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We are a small venture, and every order is made with care and attention, and after receiving an order.
1) We kindly request that, 'all selections be made after deliberation.' Within 6 hours of receiving an order and its payment our time, team, and materials get allocated, and the process moves into production or packing. We are unable to accept cancellations or change requests beyond that 6 hour, window, after an order is placed.
2) We do, accept exchange on the rare exception, and only if a product reaches you damaged. Our process is to send you a clear photo of your ready set via WhatsApp before dispatch, to ensure transparency and your satisfaction.
We can assist with an exchange only if:
a) The product received is incorrect, or
b) It is damaged beyond usability in transit.
If that occurs:
1) Please contact us within an hour of receiving your parcel
2) Share clear photographs of the issue
3) The item must be unused and in its original condition
Return courier charges will need to be borne by the customer unless the error was on our part.

2. Custom or made-to-order pieces may take longer - we always let you know the timeline in advance.
Delivery Time:
1. Once shipped, deliveries usually take 3–7 working days, depending on your location.
2. You will receive a WhattsApp message when your parcel is dispatched.
Courier Partners:
We work with reliable courier services to ensure your order reaches you safely.
Occasionally, delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, or health/personal constraints. We thank you for your understanding and patience.
Shipping Charges:
1. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or shared with you directly at the time of order.
2. For bulk orders or urgent requests, special courier arrangements can be discussed.

Our typical courier charges are based on parcel weight and volume. Below is a general guide:
a) 2 Bath Towels + 2 Hand/Fingertip Towels – ₹720/-
b) 2 Hand Towels + 2 Fingertip Towels – ₹500
c) 6 Fingertip Towels – ₹600/-
d) 6 Lunch Napkins – ₹500/-
e) 12 Dinner Napkins – ₹600/-
f) 6 Cocktail Napkins – ₹500/-
g) 12 Cocktail Napkins – ₹600/-
Courier rates may vary slightly based on location and final packaging. For combined or larger orders, we’ll confirm exact charges at the time of dispatch.
