We are a small qualitative, venture, and every order is made or prepared with care, attention, and intention, after the order is placed.

1) We kindly request that all selections be made with deliberation. Within 60 minutes of receiving an and its payment our time, team, and materials begin to be allocated, and the process moves into production or packing. As such, we are unable to accept cancellations or change requests beyond that 1 hour, after the order is placed.

a) The product received is incorrect, or

b) It is damaged beyond usability in transit.

3) The item must be unused and in its original condition

Return courier charges will need to be borne by the customer unless the error was on our part.

Our typical courier charges are based on parcel weight and volume. Below is a general guide:
